The 21st Annual Meeting of Thai Hip & Knee Society (THKS)

and 2019 Asia Pacific Hip Society (APHS)

The 21st annual meeting of the Thai Hip & Knee Society (THKS) will be held in Hua Hin between 9-11 August 2019. Hua Hin, located about 2½ hours drive from Bangkok, is a popular beach town destination for both Thais and foreigners and also known as the gateway to southern Thailand. The meeting venue is the Sheraton Hua Hin which features two large conference rooms as well as abundant space for exhibition.

This year’s meeting will also be our second combined meeting with the Asia Pacific Hip Society (APHS). We are expecting around 800 participants from Thailand and all over Asia Pacific region.

The theme “Changing landscapes of hip and knee surgery” reflects the current situations in hip & knee arthroplasty practices, including emerging innovative surgical technologies, new implant designs, and surgical cost-effectiveness. The meeting program will consist of speaker lectures, research paper presentations, and hand-on workshops.
